Let me take you, for a moment, into a night deep inside a convent where Sister Claire saw something lying on the floor outside her door—an envelope, creased, smudged and strangely cold to the touch. She knelt to pick it up, but as soon as her fingers touched the paper, she instinctively sensed something was off. When she flipped it over and saw the handwriting—writing she immediately recognized as belonging to Ani, a woman she knew, prayed for, and had spoken with many times—Claire froze.
