A Blasphemous Depiction of 'Jesus' as a "Super Star" Lesbian - Please Oppose

Just the weekend before last, the Hollywood Bowl, an amphitheater in Los Angeles, allowed an offensive and sacrilegious depiction of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the “rock opera” Jesus Christ Superstar.
To add insult to injury, Our Lord was played by a woman who is an open lesbian!
According to reports: “The star of the new revival of ‘Jesus Christ, Superstar’ is a bald-headed, [deleted -- Ed.], queer woman.
“Cynthia Erivo has been cast to play [‘]Jesus Christ[‘] at the Hollywood Bowl’s production of the infamous Andrew Lloyd Webber musical.
“Erivo is an outspoken member of the LGBT community.
“ ‘As I stand here in front of you: Black, bald-headed, pierced, and queer, I can say I know a thing or two about being the other,’ she said last year at a gala for the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
“Erivo came out as bisexual in the pages of British Vogue in 2022.” (Source: ToddStarnes .com)
Making a rock-and-roll telling of the Passion of Our Lord is already a terrible offense. But to have a homosexual woman represent “Christ” is beyond wrong — it’s sacrilegious!
The person of Our Lord Jesus Christ is portrayed as immoral and shown in a manner that contradicts His divine and human nature.
Our Lord was always patient with even the lowest sinners. But He always called them to repentance and amendment of life. This portrayal makes Him unnatural and vulgar.
Please sign our petition, urging the Hollywood Bowl to forever more cancel this blasphemy.
