FCC Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the ways in which THE FOUNDATION FOR A CHRISTIAN CIVILIZATION, INC (“FCC”, “our”, “we”, or “us”), and any of our associated websites, projects, or platforms, including but not limited to, Tradition, Family, Property; America Needs Fatima, TFP Student Action, and/or Return to Order (collectively “Platforms”), collects, uses, and discloses information about you. The terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to anyone accessing, viewing, browsing, visiting or using the Platforms, the Service and/or the App. Your personal privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy, effective June 1, 2025, explains our information practices. Please read carefully to understand when FCC collects your information, what type of information it collects, how it collects it, how it uses it, with whom it shares it, and what steps it takes to protect your information.
By using the Platforms, Service, or App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE, THE APP AND THE SERVICE.
WHAT INFORMATION DOES FCC COLLECT?
The information we collect is generally of two types – personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information comprises any information that can help us identify or locate an individual, including, without limitation, an individual’s full name, e-mail address, mailing address, birthday, gender, race, ethnicity, interests, usernames, passwords, registration information, telephone numbers, and any other information you choose to provide to us. Non-personally identifiable information comprises information that does not by itself identify an individual. This information generally includes anonymous information about an individual’s browsing habits that includes, among other things, the webpages visited, information concerning date and time of visit, IP address, the type of browser and operating system used.
HOW WE OBTAIN YOUR INFORMATION
Personally identifiable information is generally collected when you create a user account, communicate with us either by e-mail, by mail, over the telephone, or in any other manner including when you call our associates.
INFORMATION WE OBTAIN AUTOMATICALLY
We will automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information each time you visit the Platforms. For this purpose, we may use cookies (defined below), clear gifs, frames, server log analysis and other technology. We collect anonymous information about our users so that we can understand how people are using the Platforms and improve the overall quality of your online experience. You do not have to register with us before FCC can collect this anonymous information.
COOKIES
The Platforms may contain “cookies.” Cookies are bits of electronic information generated by web servers and stored on your hard drive when you visit practically any website on the Internet. Cookies are often used to differentiate users, store user preferences and track user trends in general. We may use cookies to improve the quality of the Platforms and the App and to better understand how users interact with the Platforms. We do not use cookies to retrieve individual personally identifying information about you from your computer unless you knowingly and willingly provide such information. You can adjust your web browser security settings to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you disable the use of cookies in your web browser, some features of the website we offer may not function properly.
LOG FILES
Log files record internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the website, track a user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
NAVIGATIONAL DATA
As you browse the Platforms, we may gather navigational data that shows what pages are visited and how long various features are used. This information will not reveal your identity or be linked to you personally. We use this information to facilitate and improve use of the Platforms and/or the App, to comply with any requirements of law, to serve, or have a third party serve specialized or relevant advertising content and/or recommendations to you on the Platforms and for our internal purposes. We may, from time to time, supply the owners or operators of third party sites from which it is possible to link to the website with information relating to the number of users linking to the website from their sites. You cannot be identified from this information.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We do not permanently store social security or credit card numbers (except in the case of recurring donors (herein discussed) whose credit cards are charged on a monthly basis in the amount authorized by the donor). We may use your email address to send you FCC communications, but you may let us know that you do not want to receive such communications from us.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We primarily use your personal information to provide you an improved and customized online experience and service. FCC may also use the information it collects from you for the purpose of providing you with technical support, customer service, account maintenance and to comply with any requirements of law. We may also use this information to tell our users about services that may be of interest to them, to better understand how our users access, use and benefit from FCC’s Site and services, and to conduct research on our users’ demographics, interests and behaviors. We may use your information to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, or for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.
NOTICE: FCC MAY SELL AND/OR OTHERWISE SHARE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WITH OTHER TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS OR OTHER PARTNERS.
FCC may disclose your information to trusted service providers. These may include, but are not limited to, third party vendors or others who furnish services on FCC’s behalf. FCC also reserves the right to share your information to trusted parties that promote and research the peaceful defense of the values of tradition, family, and private ownership.
FCC may also disclose your information to comply with the law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the requirements of law or to the extent required by law, or if we have a good faith belief that we need to disclose it in order to comply with official investigations, with legal process served on us, or legal proceedings (whether initiated by governmental/law enforcement officials, or private parties). If we have to disclose your information to governmental/law enforcement officials, we may not be able to ensure that those officials will maintain the privacy and security of your information. FCC may also disclose your information to protect and defend our rights or property, including the rights and property of FCC or act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of others, or to prevent other unlawful or unauthorized activities.
FCC may also disclose your information to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection; to notify you about changes to our Platforms, Services, App, this Privacy Policy, or any products or services we offer or provide through it; for research and development, for general business purposes, including but not limited to program operations, fraud detection, marketing, promotions, to run and administer our website, to measure or understand the effectiveness of our website and to analyze and improve our services, to audit and/or administer our accounts; to protect the safety and security of our users, guests, property, or our services; as part of a change in business structure or in the event of a sale, merger, acquisition, reorganization or similar event, or in contemplation of such an event (e.g., due diligence); or if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of FCC, its users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction, or to prevent other unlawful or unauthorized activities.
FCC may disclose your personally identifiable information to its strategic partners and service providers. These third party service providers will have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. FCC also reserves the right to fulfill any other purpose for which we collect your information at your consent and/or direction.
In order to improve the Platforms, we may use your personal information to send information about online surveys. These surveys help us to know more about your experience with the Platforms. If you do not wish to participate in a survey, you may simply decline when asked. You may also choose to opt-out of participating in any future surveys. If you do so, we will not send you any survey requests in the future. If you contact us by telephone, e-mail or letter to provide feedback, comments or inputs or for any other reason, we may keep a record of that correspondence and collect your personal information to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
In the event that another company acquires all or substantially all of the assets related to the Site, or if FCC experiences some other change of control event such as merger, insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership, FCC reserves the right to include any or all user-related information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company. FCC cannot guarantee that any entity receiving such information in connection with any of these transactions will comply with all the terms of this policy.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
FCC complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and all other applicable laws and regulations protecting children’s privacy on the Internet. We do not allow persons under 13 years of age to create user accounts and do not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personal information from children under the age of 13. Although we collect personally identifiable information from parents, we do not collect such information from the children. Any child under the age of 13 using the Service must do so with permission from a parent. We do not use or disclose this information for any other purposes except to provide you with quality service. Any data that is shared is done so on an anonymous aggregate basis among all users or is related to communicating reading behavior patterns to publishers.
Children can browse website and view content without any personal information being collected if they and their parents so choose. Note that all websites that are directed to children under 13 are prohibited by law from conditioning a child's participation in an online activity on the child's providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary and FCC adheres to such law.
Parents and guardians may review or modify their child’s personal information as described in this Section (including limited personally identifiable information, interests, username, and password). Parents or guardians may also remove their children from FCC accounts by logging into these accounts, accessing the information associated with their child’s profile and deleting that profile.
Residents under 13, 16, or 18 years of age of certain states may have additional rights regarding the collection and sale of their personal information. Please see “YOUR STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS” for more information.
YOUR CHOICES/STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
We aim to keep our information about you as accurate as possible and encourage you to promptly update your information if it changes. You may, at any time, access your information to update, modify, or delete any inaccuracies by accessing your account through the Site.
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Colorado, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey and Oregon provide their state residents with rights to:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information;
- Access and delete certain personal information;
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature processing purpose;
- Data portability’
- Opt-out of personal data processing for:
- Targeted advertising; o Sales; or
- Profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. - Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data.

Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. However, please know that we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
As a parent or guardian you can request us to remove personal information of your child that was submitted without your consent or by misrepresenting his or her age. At your request, FCC will take reasonable steps to remove such information from our database. All such requests should include the same user name, password, and e-mail address that your child submitted and should be sent to [email protected].
INTEGRATION WITH SOCIAL MEDIA
Through our Site, you may link to the social media pages that FCC maintains on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and FCC’s affiliated YouTube channels. If you log into those social media sites, FCC may collect relevant information necessary to enable FCC to access the third party social media sites and your data within those sites. We may also share your information with the operators of those third party social media sites to facilitate delivery of those social media services to you.
You may post certain of your FCC-related activities. We may also post user-generated contributions on our Site or social media pages, such as our Facebook page. If you or FCC makes any of your contributions available through a third party site your followers and the public may be able to see these contributions and activities.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITE LINKS
The FCC Site may include links to a number of websites which are not provided, sponsored, controlled, or affiliated with FCC. These linked sites are not under the control of FCC, which is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link containing a linked site. FCC neither assumes responsibility for, nor does it control, endorse, or guarantee any aspect of your use of the linked site. FCC provides the linked sites to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or approval of the linked site by FCC. The third party’s privacy policy, cookie policy, or security practices may differ from FCC.
SMS Policy
By subscribing, you have provided us with consent to send you text messages regarding alerts, event reminders, new content, and requests for volunteer and donation support from FCC. You are authorizing autodialed information or solicitation texts. Providing your consent is not a required condition for the purchase of any property, goods, or services. Message frequency varies by events/preference. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. If your phone does not support MMS, you’ll receive SMS instead. No mobile information will be shared by us with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared by us with any third parties.
If you wish to stop receiving text messages from FCC, reply STOP to any text message. You may also stop text messages by calling us at (844) 830-3570 or e-mailing us at [email protected].
If at any time you need our contact information on how to stop text messages, reply to any text message from 87837 and in the reply, text HELP. Upon receiving your text message, we will send you a text message with our contact information. In general, the messages we send provide you with information about our upcoming events, new content, and other announcements. Some of the text messages we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and internet access.
SECURITY
FCC takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of users’ information. FCC restricts access to your personally identifying information to employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our products, services and the Platforms. Our servers are protected by firewalls and are physically located in secure data facilities to further increase security. TFCCFP uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity. While no computer is 100% safe from outside attacks, FCC believes that the steps it has taken to protect your personal information drastically reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of information involved. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
We may change our policy at any time by posting a new version of it on the Platforms. We encourage you to check the Platforms regularly for information about revisions to this Privacy Policy. In the event that FCC changes its Privacy Policy, such changes will affect all of the information FCC collects after any such change.

ADDITIONAL PROTECTION OF DONOR INFORMATION
Thank you for your support of THE FOUNDATION FOR A CHRISTIAN CIVILIZATION, INC. We value the trust you have placed in us. FCC understands that a donor's or prospective donor's (referred to herein collectively as "Donor") personal information collected through the fundraising process is particularly sensitive. FCC personnel who have access to "Donor Information" (as defined below) are required to sign an internal confidentiality policy, which is reviewed and updated annually, and to acknowledge the ethical policies of THE FOUNDATION FOR A CHRISTIAN CIVILIZATION, INC. The following practices guide FCC's recordkeeping on donors:
A. Access to information in FCC’s donor database and paper files containing personal information of donors or prospective donors ("Donor Information") is limited to personnel in the Development Department, other select FCC personnel and certain other related non-profit organizations.
B. Electronic and paper documents maintained by FCC and relating primarily to Donor Information will be disposed of when no longer needed.
C. FCC notifies its vendors, consultants, and other third parties of FCC’s confidentiality policies before such third parties gain access to Donor Information for purposes of carrying out fundraising activities for FCC.
D. Donors may have reasonably prompt access to their own Donor Information upon written request but may not view any other records of any Donors, or FCC’s internal records.
E. All Donor Information is the property of FCC.
SPECIFIC SOLICITATION PRACTICES REGARDING DONORS
FCC may use personal information obtained through its Platforms to process your donation. Please note that FCC reserves the right to contact a donor by whatever means necessary should a problem arise with a gift. To protect against potential fraud, or other unlawful or unauthorized activities, we may verify with third parties the data collected, and in the course of such verification, we may receive personal data about you from such services. In particular, if you use a credit card or debit card to purchase productions or make donations, we may use card authorization and fraud screening services to verify that your card data and address matches data that you supplied to FCC, and that the card has not been reported as lost or stolen.
