June 2025: Rosary Rally Report

Jun 30, 2025 / Written by: America Needs Fatima

This June, the Sacred Heart of Jesus triumphed across America as a record number of faithful gathered at 1,513 public rosary rallies that reclaimed June for the Sacred Heart of Jesus–not for the sin of homosexual pride. The rallies were held each day throughout the month to combat the wide-ranging LGBTQ pride events that took place in communities, colleges, and sadly, even churches.

For more than three centuries, June has been dedicated to the Sacred Heart. In 1675, Our Lord Jesus Christ, through Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, requested a feast to honor His Sacred Heart on the Friday after the octave of Corpus Christi (typically in June). In 1856, Pope Pius IX designated June as the month-long Feast of the Sacred Heart, which, to this day, celebrates God's boundless love for humanity. This love, most profoundly expressed through Our Lord's sacrifice on the cross, offers forgiveness, healing and eternal life.

Contrast that rich and eternal life-affirming history with the very recent LGBTQ claim on June–which began only 26 years ago in 1999 when President Bill Clinton signed a proclamation declaring June as "Gay and Lesbian Pride Month." This move marked the 30th anniversary of a police raid on a homosexual bar, the Stonewall Inn. Since then, LGBTQ activists have been working overtime to brand June with their sinful and disordered cause–which, of course, mocks the Sacred Heart of Jesus and God’s love for each of us.

The rosary rallies serve as a way to peacefully protest these offenses to God and offer Catholics a dynamic rallying point against the LGBTQ agenda, which is being crammed down people’s throats everywhere. Those who fight to reclaim June for the Sacred Heart of Jesus through these rosary rallies are fulfilling their sacred duty to stand publicly, boldly, and unapologetically for Our Lord Jesus Christ in a world that increasingly scorns His love and Holy Laws.

Rally captains from across the country reported great success praying to return June for the Sacred Heart of Jesus, even in the midst of vocal opposition.

Iris B., a rally captain from Beaumont, Calif., wonderfully expressed the sentiment of these rosary rallies: “It is a pleasure to serve the Lord and Our Lady, especially during this difficult time when good is called bad and bad, good.”

Rosa L., a rally captain from San Diego, Calif., said, “When we were doing the prayer of reparation in front of the image of the Sacred Heart, a young girl suddenly appeared and started insulting and threatening attendees. She took pictures of some of us and left very angry. This incident made us reflect and be more convinced of the importance of public rallies. Pray more earnestly, and never give up.”

Veronica G. led a rally at Veterans’ Park in Okeechobee, Fla. She said even though the group met with a lot of opposition, they had signs of approvals as well. “A lot of people said really bad words, some people gave us the finger, and some yelled, ‘my body my choice,’” she said. “On the other hand, we got lots of honks, thumbs up, cheers and one person said so excitedly, ‘Crusaders, yeah!’"

Public rallies are a reminder that Americans should never be intimidated by the brashness of sin and moral decline. The faithful should always stand strong and defend God, Our Lord, and Our Lady at every turn, knowing in full confidence they will always give us the graces we need to persevere.

“These public rosary rallies are a sign of solidarity with God’s love and a peaceful protest against homosexual pride events, particularly at Catholic churches and universities,” Robert E. Ritchie, director of America Needs Fatima, said. “We hold these rallies to fulfill God’s request for public reparation – and to return the month of June to the Sacred Heart of Christ. That is why these rallies are so vital and meaningful to today’s society.”

Since 2007, America Needs Fatima has organized nearly 350,000 rosary rallies hosted by concerned Catholics across the nation. The impact of these rallies—both direct and indirect—may never be fully known. Hundreds of thousands pass by, raising hope that seeds of future conversions are planted in their hearts and minds.

The rosary rallies to pray for America’s conversion will take place on July 5, 2025, the day after our country’s Fourth of July independence celebration. For details and to register as a rally captain in your community, please CLICK HERE.
